I thought taking Melatonin was the safest way to do it.
I tried taking some melatonin before. But for severe disorders, it’s a waste of money.
It makes me groggy in the morning. It’s hard to get up. It makes me lazy. I don’t want it. Mornings are already tough for me as it is.
But you get your sleep, that’s what’s important.
I tried them before too and it just doesn’t have enough kick to knock you off. For normal people who just have their sleeping routines disrupted. It’s fine. But if you have a disorder. I don’t think it would help much.
