I thought taking Melatonin was the safest way to do it.
I tried taking some melatonin before. But for severe disorders, it’s a waste of money.
It makes me groggy in the morning. It’s hard to get up. It makes me lazy. I don’t want it. Mornings are already tough for me as it is.
But you get your sleep, that’s what’s important.
I tried them before too and it just doesn’t have enough kick to knock you off. For normal people who just have their sleeping routines disrupted. It’s fine. But if you have a disorder. I don’t think it would help much.
I did have some melatonin before too. Among all pills, it’s the safest to drink if you’re trying to get some sleep. But it’s also the weakest pill to take to put you to sleep.
I am now on melatonin after my sleep has been regulated. Based on my research, it’s okay to take them as a regular supplement.
