Sildenafil, or what is popularly known as the brand name Viagra, is a drug classified as phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitors. This drug is primarily used to treat patients with erectile dysfunction or those who are having difficulty in maintaining an erection. This drug works by increasing the flow of blood towards the penis which will then aid in keeping the erection.

Another use of Sildenafil that is not as popular as its use for ED, is its benefit for those suffering from Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH). People with PAH experiences tiredness, dizziness, and shortness of breath because there is an elevated blood pressure in the vessels transporting blood to the lungs. With the help of sildenafil, the blood vessels in the lungs relaxes and widens, causing the blood to flow more efficiently. People with PAH who would prefer to exercise regularly to improve their health may do so with the assistance of this medication.

This drug literally brought back my youth. I feel like young again at 60. It has been years since my thing has been this active. I realized that there was something off about my erection when I was in 40s and just thought that it was just plainly part of aging. I had no belief on Viagra or drugs or whatsoever and I worried that it might have long term effects. Now I’m at 60, I decided to give them a try since worrying about long-term effects when you’re at 60 is a complete waste of time. Romance and sex life is back thanks to this wonder drug.

I think my boyfriend’s on viagra. He’s 34 and he stays hard continuously after coming. He could do multiple rounds continuously. It wasn’t always like this before. I’m not complaining, I actually like it, I just think that his sudden improvement on his sexual performance is a bit odd. So I came here to take some of these thoughts out of my mind.

Unless he got hit by lightning and got some superpowers or something. No one just suddenly changes overnight. He’s definitely on something.

Just act that you don’t know anything and enjoy it. It helps build his confidence. You have no plans of asking him to stop taking them anyway. Right?
